I was looking to buy a new car as my vehicle was 10.5 years old. I was approaching the car buying process with an open mind and willing to explore many different makes and models. This equated to multiple test drives of many different vehicles. I went to Ciocca Honda very early on in my new car search. My husband and I worked with Amy Troutman. She was genuinely friendly. We test drove the 2013 Hond Accord EX. It was a rainy miserable night. Amy was very courteous and brought the vehicle into the service bay. She thoroughly went over the features of the vehicle. After the test drive, Amy offered to work up numbers for us including having our trade in inspected, however, we were on a schedule as we had dinner reservations. Amy was very understanding and did not try to "force" the sale process, as we encountered with other salespersons at other dealerships. I went on to test drive six other vehicles in a six day period after test driving the Honda Accord that rainy night. Amy Troutman called me regularly to see where I was at in the car buying process and whether or not the Honda Accord was still in the running. She was persistent, but not pushy. In speaking with her over the phone I realized that during my first vist at Ciocca, I was not certain of exactly what I wanted and that the model Accord I drove was not the fit for me. I returned to Ciocca and test drove the 2013 Honda Accord EXL, which had the leather seats, and some other nice features that the EX model did not have. I loved the car and if it weren't for Amy being patiently persistent and listening to me about what I liked about other vehicles, I would not have come to the realization that the Accord was the car for me. Thank you Amy! Amy Troutman was a pleasure to work with as was the rest of the staff at Ciocca. The morning after I took my new Accord home, I realized that I had left one of the kids' CD in my old vehicle. I called Amy that morning to let her know and while I was calling her from my work phone, she was calling me on my cell phone for the exact same reason. Just another example of her attention to detail and her excellent customer service. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Ciocca by having them complete all my service needs on my Accord. The day after my vehicle was totaled I visited Ciocca Honda with an interest in a new Honda Pilot. I met Phil Young whp patiently asked me questions in order to understand my needs and took my family on Honda with an interest in a new Honda Pilot. He was knowledgable about the Honda line-up and had answers to all of our questions. After my wife and I considered the costs we decided to purchase a pre-owned vehicle and on our second visit we saw our Crosstour in the front line of the dealership. Phil thoroughly informed about the features of the vehicle and sent my wife son and I on a road test. We loved the car, not to mention; its price. Phil and Jude (one of the finance mangers) secured great financing for me and took care not to initiate various inquiries on my credit report which lowers your score (I had this experience with another local dealership). The other sales professionals were friendly and Amy even gave my two year-old son a ballon in order to occupy him while we took care of the paperwork. I had a great experience at ciocca honda. My inusuance company reccomended this with their car buying service. I was contacted almost immediately by the internet sales manager and then more than 20 minut company reccomended this with their car buying service. I was contacted almost immediately by the internet sales manager and then more than 20 minutes later by a sales professional. I test drove the car and did not have to haggle for the price of the car. The sales professional was cool and relaxed and did not pressure me in any way. My car that I wanted came in within 2 days. The only detractor was that The finance manager tried to sell me at least 5 extended warranty and other services and I was in his office for what seemed to be an hour. I did not like the pressure of trying to purchace extended insurance and warranty. More
