I chose this dealership because of their response to my online inquiry about a new vehicle purchase. I purchased a used 2005 Ford F150 (FX4) with 81,000 miles from Ronald Grigg on June 11, 2011. Ron and the Sales Manager (Ag) were very friendly and accomodating; their finance manager (Brian) was informativ from Ronald Grigg on June 11, 2011. I took it for a short test drive. Ron provided me with a Carfax report for the vehicle. Ron and the Sales Manager also showed me the maintenance work performed on the truck, that was traded in by a customer, BEFORE they offered it for sale as a used car. I also purchased a 36month/36,000 mile powertrain warranty from them for the truck. So far so good. The proof however always lies with how you get treated if there is ever an issue with your used truck purchase. I'm hopeful that i will get treaty well if issues arise with the truck. Based on my experience with the "purchase" of the truck, i would certainly recommend this dealershp to others. More

I'm not the kind of guy to write reviews, but I had to give a shout out to these guys at Faulkner Ciocca Ford in Quakertown. I needed to replace a work vehicle and didn't have a lot of time to shop around give a shout out to these guys at Faulkner Ciocca Ford in Quakertown. I needed to replace a work vehicle and didn't have a lot of time to shop around. I was not optimistic when I started making some calls and going on the Internet, that this was going to be anything less than agonizing. I went to a local Ford dealer on Tuesday night and I guess I shouldn't have told them that I "needed" a car because the price they gave me was so ridiculous I couldn't even talk to those Doylestown guys. I went to a dealer that had a car I wanted in stock up in the lehigh valley on Thursday and tried to buy one there. Way too much BS! I drove down Rt 309 and saw Faulkner Ciocca Ford. So, I pulled into the lot and and expected the usual. SURPRISE!!! Actual nice people. They gave me their "spiel" about how they've been so successful for 80 years because of the way they treat people, and even though I was still skeptical the staff there proved that to be true! They LISTENED to me when I explained what I was looking for and trying to spend. I bought on the spot. It was my second color choice, and a little more than I wanted my payment to be, but felt good about buying from this company. They obviously are doing something right, they have dealerships all over PA. More importantly they have really good people. Totally different than every other place I tried to buy. I drive a lot of miles so I always get a longer warranty deal. They were fair with that too. I'll get my company trucks from them from now on. They just "get it" you know. I'm a fan. Something tells me Faulkner Ciocca will be around for another 80 years...anyhow I had to tell the world, so now you know where to go. Thanks to all the guys and gals that helped me out, I'll be back!
