Our salesman was terrific! The "gents" in the back....took a LOOOONNNG time over 4 hours! And then we had to bring the paperwork (financing) back to the dealership, as they gave us the wrong copi back....took a LOOOONNNG time over 4 hours! That was on a Friday and I didn't spend as much time there that I did at previous places I went to and I appreciated that. And his manager called me back less than a week later and made me a deal I couldn't refuse. I love, love my new Edge and I love Mike Blackmon and Scott Carita the manager who called me back. We visited Faulkner-Ciocca after reviewing AAA's site to find the car we wanted. Since it was the dealership farther from our home, we visited three others first. Faulkner-Ciocca had the friendly, helpful find the car we wanted. Since it was the dealership farther from our home, we visited three others first. Faulkner-Ciocca had the friendly, helpful sales people you expect, but they were able to find the car we wanted and didn't keep trying to sell "what they had" like the others. We found this dealership very accomodating and helpful. They respected our choices and we now have the car we wanted at a reasonable price. This was not an easy task, since we were looking for a 2011 model at the end of its availablity. We will be reccomending Faulkner-Ciocca to everyone. More
