Car guys, love cars. Brian loves mustangs. I have bought a lot of cars in the last 25 years. I have owned 3 porsche's, 2013 Boxster S, 2011 Boxster(wife's car), 2010 911. Brian loves mustangs. I have bought a lot of cars in the last 25 years. I have owned 3 porsche's, 2013 Boxster S, 2011 Boxster(wife's car), 2010 911. 2013 Maserati Granturismo, 2005 350z roadster, 2006 350z coupe, 1987 Porsche 944 turbo, a few VW GLI, 2000, 1986, 2011 Jeep Cherokee Summit. Present I have a 2015 Jeep Cherokee SRT and my brand new 2015 Mustang GT, lowered, rims and exhaust(neighbors hate it). My point is that most car sales guys are just looking for the next pay check, rarely do you meet enthusiast. Brian is a mustang enthusiasts. It was a pleasure sharing my(and my wife's) love of cars with him. Ciocca needs to fast track him and keep him in their organization. The enthusiasm didn't stop there. Don't waste you time. Horrible. First it took us about 10 minutes to find someone to help us, we were totally ignored by everyone in there. I specifically told the salesman Horrible. I specifically told the salesman what I wanted - an Escape SE - he told me there was one at their overflow lot, so we drove there to drive it, only to see that it was and Escape S - He was fully aware it was an S, he didn't think that there was a difference. We had to point out to him what the differences were and this was the reason that we wanted an SE. I should have walked away then. So after our wasted trip to the second lot, I did find a car that was on the original lot that I really did like. He ran numbers and went back to the finance manager 2 times, and I told him what our bottom line was for purchasing the car. He wrote on a piece of paper xxx.xx per month with xxx.xx down and said if we can do this, will you purchase the car today. I said yes. He wrote and x on the paper with a line and asked me to sign it. No other terms of this sale or anything. I said no, I don't feel comfortable with this, I would like to see the numbers from the finance manager. He insisted that I needed to sign this paper if I wanted to see anymore numbers. I said no, and asked for my keys back that he had of mine. He stomped away like a baby to his manager. The manager came over to speak with us asking what the problem was and I said I did not want to sign the paper. He said that they do this to be sure that the salesman and the customer are on the same page. This is the most ridiculous and crazy thing that I have ever heard. He gave my keys and we left. The salesman had no knowledge of the vehicle that they were selling, he was rude, and extremely unprofessional. The manager was unprofessional as well. It was an altogether creepy experience. They lost a sale from us today and any future sales that we may have purchased. I will be sure to recommend everyone that I know NOT to go to this car dealership. I never write any bad reviews, I was so disturbed by this experience that I needed to share with others. Do not waste your time going to this car dealership. More
Used Car Sales Dishonest, False Advertising DO NOT BUY a used car from Ciocca Ford of Quakertown! They treat you like dirt once you make the purchase. They are dishonest and falsely advertise. DO NOT BUY a used car from Ciocca Ford of Quakertown! They treat you like dirt once you make the purchase. They are dishonest and falsely advertise. They take expensive, advertised parts off of cars but don't lower the price or change the ad. They falsely advertised a clean car fax. When we test drove the car, there was a thumping noise which they promised they would fix. I was undecided about buying the car but they told me there is a 90-day warranty from date of purchase. We bought the car for $25,000 with taxes and had to fight to get it fixed. It also came with an exhaust leak (not sure how it passed inspection, but I know it was there when we purchased the car because it quieted down once they finally repaired it). Dennis in service could not help me without an approval from the GM, Ag (either the sales department or I had to cover the bill, yet I had been told there was a 90-day warranty). Ag called me, acting annoyed, and I explained I wanted the repairs done at no charge since I was told there is a 90-day warranty. He told me that warranty was for powertrain only, but I was told by the salesman (and he wrote it down) there is a 60,000 mile factory powertrain warranty on the car. Why would they give me a 90-day warranty only covering the powertrain when it was still under a factory powertrain warranty? Ag okayed the repairs (which should have been done prior to my purchase) but within 24 hours I discovered there was potential transmission failure from a mechanic I know who test drove the car. I told Dennis I need the problem diagnosed when I bring the car in for the other repairs. Sure enough, Ciocca detected a power loss problem but it didn't appear to be the transmission, and Ford engineers recommended diagnostics. Dennis sent me on my way, knowing I would have to pay for diagnostics elsewhere. All recommendations from dealers I contacted insisted I take the car back to Ciocca to diagnose and fix since I just bought the car less than three months ago. THIS CAR was NOT bought off the bargain lot! This has been extremely stressful and time-consuming. I have bought many used cars in my lifetime, and this is by far the WORST experience EVER. More

Best Purchase Experience Ever ! Drove from NJ to Quackerstown based on Internet search for my first Truck purchase. First contact was a friendly and efficient receptionist Diane Web Drove from NJ to Quackerstown based on Internet search for my first Truck purchase. First contact was a friendly and efficient receptionist Diane Weber who made the appointment, helped with directions and checked with sales force to be sure that particular truck was still available before we made the long drive. Received a warm welcome from Diane upon arrival who then introduced us to Paul Farrington our Sales Cinsultant. He knew we were anxious to see the truck first so took a minimum amount of time getting preliminary information and took us to see the F150 which already had a sign with our name on it reserving the truck for our viewing. At the same time he had a consultant look over our BMW 2011 335XI to ascertain its value for possible trade in. Paul gave us a very detailed tour of the truck with all of our questions answered to our satisfaction, we went on a test drive and we're ready to buy if the deal was right ! Upon our return from test drive, Paul introduced us to Mike Giambattista and we were able to agree to the trade in price and purchase price with a comfortable amount of negotiation. This is usually the part of the purchasing deals that my husband and I dread. But because we knew the BMW worth and Mike and Paul respected our wishes , we were able to come to a deal that was agreeable to all and we were very pleased with how nicely the negotiations were handled. All paperwork was done in a timely and efficient manner by David Hetzel the Finance Manager. Within hours after arriving, we drove away with our Certified Preowned Truck and were extremely pleased with the entire experience at Ciocca Ford in Quakerstown ! PA More
