Low Prices, Poor Trade Value, Don't buy warranty This dealership practices one of the oldest gimmicks in the business. They will advertise a low price and then when you want that price, they will lo This dealership practices one of the oldest gimmicks in the business. They will advertise a low price and then when you want that price, they will low ball you on your trade. It's not an illegal practice by any means, but my opinion is that it is deceptive. I've purchased vehicles from them in the past and accepted their terms, however when I wanted to get a extended warranty refund on a vehicle I was treated very rudely and called out by the general manager. It finally required me to contact the Better Business Bureau to get my refund. The warranties and extras are a hard sell and ridiculously over priced Be aware that even if you do get a good deal they won't hesitate to "take you" in the finance office. I cannot say that there are not nice people working at the dealer who do a good job. But on the whole their deals and treatment by managers is not so great. More
