Had never dealt with this gentleman before usually I deal with Tim or John Paul. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Was alittle taken back when I was informed that with everyth with Tim or John Paul. I brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Was alittle taken back when I was informed that with everything that was needed we were talking over 2000.00 Thank God I have the premium pkg.. Everything was done when Paul said it would be. He arranged for a ride home and a pick up in the morning. More
