Being a first-time car buyer fresh out of college, I was nervous about making such a large investment. My 13 year old car had died about 2 months ago, and I felt under the crunch to purchase a new car. I nervous about making such a large investment. I had been working with Chris Fleming for about a month to find something reliable, but that also fit my tight budget when he told me about a Ford Focus that had just been traded in that morning. Once I stopped in to check it out, Chris introduced me to Matt Betz who was also quite helpful. As I was test driving the car, I fell in love with it, and knew it was what I had been searching for. Once I knew it was what I wanted, I was introduced to Eric Dedig who knew about the budget that I had to work with, and ended up getting my monthly payments even below my budget! Because the car had just been traded in that morning, Chris and Matt assured me that the detailing and minor body work that needed to be done would be completed by the following week. Imagine my surprise when they called only 3 days later and told me the car was ready to be picked up. I was ecstatic. When I came in to sign the paperwork, Matt took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood the terms of the paperwork. Chris and Eric also stopped by Matt's office to be sure everything was taken care of and I was happy with the car. Matt also took the time to go over the car with me, making sure I understood all the features. I don't know much about cars, but with these three helping me along the way, I still felt confident in my decision that I made to purchase my car. I absolutely love it, and it was exactly what I was looking for at exactly the right price. A HUGE thank you to Matt, Chris, and Eric for helping me so much along the way. I was not a happy camper when I wandered off to the showroom- met the Sales Manager- then wandered outside to look over the cars and the prices at Faulker-Ciocca Ford on a chilly Monday night after wor showroom- met the Sales Manager- then wandered outside to look over the cars and the prices at Faulker-Ciocca Ford on a chilly Monday night after work. My day had begun dropping off my car - to determine what the newest automotive problem on my 10 year old car was - and having to rent a car to get to work. Needless to say - my frame of mind was not great. While walking around, Matt Betz (Sales & Leasing Consultant) walked up, introduced himself and asked could he help me with any questions or concerns. Matt heard my answers, watched my reactions. Then Matt stated very simply - here's one I think you'd really like. The rest is history. The 'fit' was absolutely what I needed. The finance wizards did their thing - it all went quietly, quickly and simply. Within 2 hours I was driving home in the new love of my life - my 2010 Mercury Milan. I may not know a lot about cars - but with a seasoned and perceptive sales professional like Matt - I don't need to. The match he made for me was 100% accurate. He is very perceptive. I absolutely love this car. It works for me. It is just my size, price, style and a huge dose of peace of mind. After nailing down the numbers for the new car and the trade (they didn't play any games with the trade -- just gave me a fair price for it right away -- thank you for that!) we did all the paperwork with Erid Dedig and the other fellow who owned the white Fusion (sorry I didn't get you card). Both did a great job from start to finish. My wife works in NJ and we live in PA. Thus we needed a second car that could take the wear and tear of over 100 miles a day of highway traffic if not more. We found the Ford Fiesta to be one for the best bang for the buck and we found it at Faulkner Ciocca Ford. Walking in we found a tired but fun to work with Matt Betz. Sadly he was dealing with a cold and we completely understood. He knew from my explanation the financing would be hard as I had a bankruptcy a year ago. But they were able to make us a great deal and even better put us on the Pegasus Payment plan which is going to allow us to cut our payments by 7 months overall.
