He knew the vehicle I was looking at inside and out ranging from the time that it takes the steering wheel to heat up to the materials the truck was made of. Luke was the finance manager I worked with and he did his best to get the best price and throughly explained to me all of the paperwork invovled. The dealership it self was clean, well laid out and all of the staff were attentive and friendly. Couldn't be happier with the experience and my new truck. More

The classic bate and switch.. Wow what an experience , advertised price on vehicle was not correct.... We didn't qualify for all rebates.... Then to boot I was offered sub par rate Wow what an experience , advertised price on vehicle was not correct.... We didn't qualify for all rebates.... Then to boot I was offered sub par rates for my trade in, then in the end they tried giving me a rate of 3.9! To top it off I was insulted by them saying maybe I should look at a cheaper vehicle!!! Bahahha , I have a credit score over 800 and ample income. Maybe I am done with ford motor company. On to the next dealer More

Worst ever truck buying experience They do everything they can to make sale. After the sale you are out of luck.
