It’s a bit disappointing that I can’t make a service appointment while physically standing at the dealership. I was told you have to make phone call or visit the website because there are “52 dealership appointment while physically standing at the dealership. I was told you have to make phone call or visit the website because there are “52 dealerships and they all use the centralized phone line”. Oil changes and state inspections are much more than the Toyota dealer down the street. Service people at the dealership can’t seem to easily quote service prices. Asking how much an oil change costs didn’t seem easily answered. As I recall, I was told it was $126 for an oil change or about $40 more than Toyota. Online, the only oil change appt option I see is $241 (yikes!). I greatly prefer the service experience at Toyota where you walk in and people are attentive, friendly, and can answer most questions effectively plus the prices are reasonable. Toyota gets an A- and Ford gets a C- so far. You need to be at least a B to get my ongoing service business. More
