I LOVED working with Jerry and Ernie and ended up with the right car for me- a 2011 Ford Fusion. From the moment I walked in I was treated with RESPECT!(something I never felt from any other dealership) We spoke budget. At no time was the phrase "OK, so what do you want your monthly payments to be" ever spoken. The whole experience was relaxed yet professional.
