I purchased a 2012 ford focus hatchback yesterday from this dealer after searching for a new car for the last month and a half and test driving many different makes and models, and after also visiting two this dealer after searching for a new car for the last month and a half and test driving many different makes and models, and after also visiting two other ford dealerships closer to my home. I purchased a ford from this dealership because this dealer and salesman were very informative and responsive to my questions and needs, without being pushy. Mr. Oppenheimer took a lot of time to answer my many questions and willingly let me test drive whatever I wanted, and was flexible as far as ordering a vehicle that met my needs, and allowing me to substitute another vehicle when a slightly different one came in earlier that I liked. I was also given what I thought was a good price after researching prices carefully online. And no one seemed to mind when I read carefully all documentation before signing, and re-did all the math on scratch paper - not always the case in my experience. By the way, I can't say enough good things about the 2012 focus - drives beautifully, and ford sync is a pleasure to use - glad I sprung for that option. More
