I was getting ready to buy a used SUV and wanted to test drive to see what size vehicle I wanted to get. I was not planning on buying just test driving but I ended up buy a 2008 explorer because I fell in drive to see what size vehicle I wanted to get. I was not planning on buying just test driving but I ended up buy a 2008 explorer because I fell in love with it. I have bought cars at Ditschman before and was always pleased with how I was treated. I went to a couple other places first only to test drive. I didn't want to buy anywhere else but when I did go there to test drive I ended up leaving because I was not even comfortable enought there to test drive a car. I found the salespeople pushy and trying to steer me towards what they wanted and not what I wanted they didn't hear a thing I said so I left. It had been awhile since I had bought a car so the salesman I had known in new cars was no longer there. I stopped to try an escape and an explorer and met CHarlie Cook for the first time. Within minutes it was like I knew him for years and he was there to help me find what I wanted. He knew I was only looking to decide what I wanted and I didn't plan on buy until at least the following weekend. I eneded up buying the explorer and absolutely love it. Charlie tested the car with me, then showed me the car fax and we talked like we were just visiting with him. Beth Delaney, who I have dealt with before, helped us with the financing and as usual was wonderful! We also met Pete Chicarelli who was very friendly and help with any questinos we had. Buying a car has always been a chore that I didn't not look forward to but this was a great experience and I actually had fun getting a car which I would never believe I would say. Anyone who has ever had a bad or even slightly stressful experience buying a car should definitely call Charlie Cook. We will be in need of another vehicle for my husband next year and we may choose a used car rather than a new one just so that we can go to Charlie to purchase it. We had settled on the purchase of the car within minutes. The rest of the time we were sitting and have a conversation. We had left the dealership to think it over and went back and were welcomed back like old friends. I may have repeated things in this review but I cannot say enough positive things about Charlie Cook as this was the best experience I have ever had buying a car and would feel comfortable calling Charlie at any time to ask a question and would know that he would answer the phone like it was a friend on the other line even though the sale is finished. I bought the car on a saturday and they did not think I was buying it and showed up an hour before closing and they said I could probably pick it up on Monday. Beth asked if I was excited and I answer that I was but wished I had made my mind up sooner so I could have it for the weekend and before I knew it Beth was jumping hoops to make that happen and she did!! I took my car home. So if you want to buy a car with confidence and feel like you matter before, during, and after the sale this is definitely the place to go. All three of these people made our experience good but my hat goes off to Beth for me having my car for the weekend and I want to thank Charlie for treating his customers like they matter and as friends and not customers. He is the first salesman that ever put me before the commission he was about to make. Thanks to you all for such a great experience!!!! More

Everything was excellent, friendly and fun. I went there looking for a car and i told them how much i could afford and they helped find a nice ford five hundred. I arrived @ 7:30 a.m. as I said I would to drop off vehicle for service...Matt and the others were ready to take me and write down items requested for service...I am extremely busy 7 days a week and my vehicle for service...Matt and the others were ready to take me and write down items requested for service...I am extremely busy 7 days a week and my time is extremely important...since I am on the go I had called at the last minute and had asked if they could service my van the next day...they said that they were very busy but that they would squeeze me in...while I was there I thought about another thing I wanted to take care of and they looked at that item also...I also asked them to run the car thru their wash facility and they took care of that also...came down to pick the van up and instead of having to walk all over the large lot looking for it they had written right on the service order the exact row it was in and the space in that row...once again time was and is always important to me as I had an engagement that night that I had to be at on time...soooooooooooo as usual things were all taken care of in a timely and professional manner. More
