This is the second time I have leased a car through Ditschman Flemington Ford/Lincoln and I couldn't be more pleased. She was patient with me while I decided on which car I wanted and gave me more information than any other dealership did during my new car search. I drove 45 minutes away from my home to deal with Lauren instead of going to one of the other 5 Ford dealerships that are closer to me because I felt comfortable dealing with her from our first telephone conversation. She also spent a lot of time with me in the vehicle explaining all of the computer functions and even set up my phone for me. I would highly recommend Lauren and Ditschman Ford to a friend. More

He even stayed a bit later on a Tuesday night to accommodate our schedule. He made a deal for us with just a handshake once we decided what car to purchase to avoid another person from buying the car. Beth was great at the financing paperwork. She even showed part of her personal side while going through the finance process. Beth was able to make the financing more advantageous to us by how to repay the loan quicker and save some interest in the long run. We felt that we bought a great, slightly used car at a very good price. We definitely feel comfortable going back to the dealership within the first 90 days to have any issues looked at/repaired and know that all will go smoothly. We would definitely recommend Lou/Beth/Ditschman Ford to our friends when looking for their next automobile. This is why we feel the dealerhip deserved the overall rating of 5. More

Very Very satisfied with the preowned side of the dealership. The new vehicle showroom however...we were not impressed. Our Salesman Fred Kress and Finance manager Kevin Hayden were both very informative, friendly and knowledgeable and most importantly Honest! It was a unique car buying experience. Over the years I have purchased or leased over 20 new vehicles from various dealerships and by far Ditschman Ford was the best experience. I believe we paid a fair price and never felt pressured. I look forward to maintaining a long car buying relationship with this dealership and Fred and Kevin Hayden.
