Tom was immediately friendly right from the start. I have done plenty of car shopping before, and this was the first time I didn't feel like I was dealing with the typical 'car salesman' cliche. When one car didn't work out for me financially, Tom helped me find a slightly more affordable option that I was still in love with. The overall experience was great. We had searched the internet to find an F 150 Lariat with the options we wanted. We found it at Ditschman's. He was going to find it and call back, Fred promptly called back with all the information and a quote. I told him we would be there Tuesday morning to look at it. When we arrived at the dealership we were met by Fred and we started to discuss the truck. After driving the truck from one lot to another (we could have taken it for a test drive however we opted not to) we knew we wanted the truck, we just needed to discuss the price. Sitting back at Freds desk and chatting was like chatting with an old friend, after a brief negotiation on a price we had ourselves a new truck. Once we were ready to "finialize" the paperwork we met with Business Manager Kevin Hayden who just like Fred was like talking to an old friend. Kevin went over all of our options for different warranties. I would like to take a moment to make note that Everyone that we spoke with at Ditschman/Flemington Ford was very professional and knowledgeable on the vehicles that they have on their lot.
