When I walked into the dealership, I really didn't think I was going to buy that day. However, as soon as I sat down with Ed Wood, my mind was quickly changed. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable ab I was going to buy that day. However, as soon as I sat down with Ed Wood, my mind was quickly changed. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the inventory and eventually got me into a Ford Edge. As with not buying a car at all, I was sure I wouldn't like the Edge, but I gave it a test drive anyway. Ed then directed me to a few back roads near the dealership so I could get on a bumpy road, a curvy road, and a new road so I could really see how the car was. By the time I was done with the test drive, I was pretty sure I was going to buy. I went on to a couple other dealers that day, but none of them made me as happy as Ed, and none knew their inventory better. It was truly a great experience. After choosing the car, I was handed off to Beth Delaney for the business side of things. She too was reassuring that I had made the right choice with the car, and more importantly the dealer I was at. She was extremely friendly to me and my family and didn't rush us at all through the paperwork. The entire experience was rewarding on so many levels. I will do all my future car shopping and service at Ditschman Ford. More

My experience at Flemington was great. I first came in on a Wednesday at 7pm and Ray was great - very friendly and accommodating. He was willing to help me and take me for a test drive in any vehicle I w on a Wednesday at 7pm and Ray was great - very friendly and accommodating. Ray was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and created an environment where I did not feel pressured and could make an informed decision. When I was ready to make the purchase Ray was very accommodating and worked with the whole team at Flemington to make sure I got a great deal. Britt (along with support staff whose names I unfortunately cannot remember)were a pleasure to work with, they got me the best deal possible and clearly explained all my warranty options. Everything was timely and efficient. Later, when I found an issue with the vehicle after a day or two, it was taken care of without issue. Todd at the service desk was very helpful through the whole process and there was no out of pocket costs to me. All in all I cannot speak highly enough of Ray and everyone else at Flemington. Buying a new vehicle can be a very stressful process, and I continue to come back to Flemington because everyone works very hard to make the process stress-free and enjoyable. More
