He spoke to me for a few moments, recognized which changes would really make the car more perfect for me and chose a different one for me based on that. It was perfect and I ended up getting that vehicle. Which they had to keep for me (and willingly did so) while I searched for a few missing documents. Then I finally got it and Joe came in (on his day off!) to make certain that everything went perfectly, which it did. Allowing me a wonderful experience as a drive my first new car...in a decade. He is a wonderful person to deal with -- no high pressure and listened to my needs and found me exactly the Ford Fusion that I wanted! The purchase and delivery was completed in under 3 hours and Fred explained how to work all the buttons and gadgets before I drove off the lot...he even helped me set up the blutooth for my phone! When they didn't have the car I wanted on the lot, he arranged to have one picked up for me and kept me informed when it arrived. On the day I picked up the vehicle, I told him I needed to be quick because I had my kids with me. He told me it would be only 45 minutes and he kept his word. My experience with Ditschman Ford began with a phone call to ask questions about the Lincoln MKZ. Ed Havens answered the call and took a lot of time explaining the features of the hybrid vehicle we were int to ask questions about the Lincoln MKZ. Buying our car was an enjoyable experience and the time that Ed spent showing us all the electronic features of the car was greatly appreciated, including synching our cell phones to the car "bluetooth"............this feature alone would definitely have taken us so much longer!
