I ordered my vehicle and it arrived 2 weeks earlier than anticipated. Unfortunately when my vehicle arrived, Peter had left the dealership and I was concerned about switching salesmen at this time. I was lucky to have Chris Messina to assume my sale. He ensured everthing was in order for my scheduled appointment. Jeff Cramer handled the financing and not only did he devise a plan that fit my needs, but was able to secure a great fianancing rate. I absolutely love my Ford Fusion and would highly reccommend this dealer. More

The dealership was great. I came in with a flat tire and unfortunately due to the size of the hole in my tire, it couldn't be repaired. They didn't have my tire in stock but they said they could get it lat unfortunately due to the size of the hole in my tire, it couldn't be repaired. They didn't have my tire in stock but they said they could get it later that afternoon, or they could offer me a similar tire (same size) and get me on my way. However, I couldn't wait and I didn't want an odd tire. I had just purchased the car there several months ago so I asked about pulling a tire off a new focus that had the same tires. The service manager thought for a moment and agreed to check the inventory. They found a car with the same tires, pulled off the new tire and put it on my car and sent me on my way. It was a tremendous help and much appreciated. They didn't have to be so accommodating but they seem to take pride in it. Well deserved 5 stars. More

I visited Ditschman Ford several times while deciding on a new SUV purchase. The purchase process was low pressure and low stress and Tom took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle (which there are many) before I drove off the lot. I drove off the lot in my new Ford Escape with a smile on my face and took solace that if I ever have a question about a feature in my new SUV, I can stop on by and Tom will take the time to go over it with me. This was my second experience at the Ditschman dealership and they continue to satisfy us with their exemplary sales staff. More
