Mark was the best salesman I have ever dealt with he emailed me my information on the exact car I had inquired about. Whenever I had any questions he was more than helpful. He was terrific when it came to showing me the two vehicles I wanted to see. He first showed me the one which had all of the extras, he took the time to explain each option and then allowed me to test drive the vehicle. He then proceeded to do the same with the more basic model. He took his time and answered all of my questions. Next he gave us the comparison price of both vehicles and left us to choose which one we wanted to buy. He did not pressure us into buying either vehicle! Of course we decided on the one with more options! Once I purchased the vehicle he took me out to the car and showed me how to use all of the electronic features. He was the best! Before we came to this dealer we went to All American ford in Old Bridge because of the Costco Auto Plan. It was an awful experience the salesman showed me two used cars ( I clearly told him I wanted a new. Escape or an Edge). After seeing the two used edges I asked to drive an Escape and a new edge. His reply was I will show you one more the escape and that's it! When I asked about the new edge he said you don't need to see or drive it you already drove two so you know how they drive! we left shortly thereafter! We decided to come to Flemington Ford knowing that we would be treated in a much nicer manner, since we had bought two prior vehicles there.
