Not having purchased a new car for many years, I was not looking forward to the hassle of visiting dealers and negotiating prices. My first choice for a Ford was Ditschman because of the great repair & maintenance service & advice I've received over the years. Brian happened to be on the floor the day I went to test drive a Flex. I had been to several other dealers, not Ford, that same day. Brian was friendly, informative, patient and did not apply a pressure-sales pitch. He was the only salesperson that day who made me think he did want my business even though he realized I was not ready to purchase that afternoon. Brian made this a stress-free and enjoyable experience. He was patient with me through the shopping process, put up with my dropping by "for one more look at the Flex", he did not pressure me, answered all my questions, tolerated my indecision about color ( hey, I'm a girl! ). And when I made my purchase decision he was helpful discussing the options that suited my driving style while staying reasonably within my budget. The reason I rated Price as Good not Great did not have anything to do with Brian. I know there were better priced offers available at other dealers in the state and online. Ditschman's price was reasonable, they did give me a return customer discount, and the 'nothing down/no interest' cannot be ignored. HOWEVER, this dealer's reputation for straight dealing, my great experience with the service dept and the trust that Brian would stay on my order, that when my Flex showed up it would be exactly what I ordered, all contributed to my decision to purchase based on more than just the price factor. More

I was there in 2009 where I purchased my very first car- a 2009 Ford Edge. I just recently traded my vehicle in for a 2014 Edge. With both purchases, I have worked with excellent employees- who took time and went above and beyond my expectations. I am very happy with all aspects of my purchases and would recommend this dealership- as well as the individuals that personally did business with to anyone! This is not the closest Ford dealership to where I live, but I felt most comfortable here. More

He has a huge knowledge base for the cars he sells, but also knows plenty about other cars on the market for comparison. I talked to other dealers, Ford and otherwise, and Mark remained the most knowledgable and honest throughout the whole process. Kevin Hayden did my financing, also was really kind and easy to work with. Honestly, the only thing that took me off guard was that Mark and Kevin were so honest and straightforward it was hard to believe after dealing with salespeople elsewhere. HIGHLY recommended. More
