Surpisingly Great Experience I say surprising because the last two times I dealt with a Ford dealer I was treated horribly (long Story) Not so at Ditschman /Flemington Ford.I had I say surprising because the last two times I dealt with a Ford dealer I was treated horribly (long Story) Not so at Ditschman /Flemington Ford.I had been shopping on line for a Certified Pre-Owned car and finally had decided to test drive the Fusion Sel. There were three that fit my order and the first one had just been sold. The second was in Pa. The third at Ditschman. Ditschman which is an hour ride (one way) was well worth it. I was first met outside by Joe Valenti, who immediately made me feel comfortable! We took a test drive and between the way it drove, the color, and the ton of options I was hooked The whole time Joe was explaining everything he could about the car and encouraged me to ask questions. Joe was genuinely friendly and at no time spoke down to me. unlike my previous experience with other dealers. We went into the dealership Joe offered coffee and we sat down to get to business. It was definitely a "down to earth" atmosphere. During our dealings, Manager Pete Chicarelli introduced himself and offered his help in any way. Pete was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable. After some time, being satisfied with the deal, I made the commitment to purchase. I then got to meet the very lovely Beth Delaney from Finance. Beth worked feverously to get me credit at rate which I can live with. You see my credit is not very good and Beth pushed and pushed to not only get it approved but again at a rate I could live with. I sincerely thank Joe, Pete, and lovely Beth for making what I thought was going to be a dreadful experience into a joy and I would highly recommend Ditschman/Flemington Ford to anyone. More

At the time I wanted AWD he located car in Connecticut and had it delivered in two days. Excellent customer service! I was delighted with my choice. I traveled frequently and am proud to say I had 187, 000. That is correct almost 200,000 miles. I cannot say enough great things about Lincoln. Browsing online knowing it was time for a new car a certified pre- owned Lincoln popped up. Next day I phoned dealership and left a message please tell Chris I am purchasing that AWD Lincoln MKZ. His response was of corse she's buying that one. Once again I had White Glove Treatment . Thank you Lincoln for keeping me and my children safe all those years ( a few deer , rear ended and close calls - amazing handling ) we've always been protected ! Great experience I traveled over an hour to meet with Byran and Britt. I found a pre-owned truck that was priced fairly online and Byran offered to hold it for me wit I traveled over an hour to meet with Byran and Britt. I found a pre-owned truck that was priced fairly online and Byran offered to hold it for me without a deposit. When we arrived, we were greeted by Britt who promptly showed me the truck. Britt didn't place any undue pressure on me during the test drive and answered all of my questions. I liked the truck and worked out a deal with Britt and Aubrey. They were both very helpful and were able to get me a better rate than my bank. My in-dealer experience was very good, however the level of service afterwards is what really impressed me. After purchasing the truck, I had some trouble with one of the side-view mirrors. After some investigating, I found the mirror was not OEM and must have been replaced by the previous owner. While my local dealer was unable to warranty the non-OEM part, Britt has worked with me and is getting me a replacement OEM mirror. I was pleasantly surprised as I never requested a new mirror (I just wanted help getting the existing mirror fully functional) but Britt was willing to make it right without question. I would not hesitate to recommend Flemington Ditschman to anyone. More

It was a 2009 Mustang Shelby GT500KR (King of the Road) with less than 16,000 miles on the odometer. A previous car I owned was a 2009 GT500 for more than 3 years. Never saw the inside of a repair shop. So, I had no qualms about buying another one, just a little better version... David Harry was my salesman, Beth Delaney took care of the financing and Pete Chicarelli as the sales manager. Mind you, I live in Houston, TX. The car was in NJ. A 'blind purchase' aside from the pictures posted. Based on my research of the car and the dealership, I pulled the trigger. The price was good enough that I did not attempt to negotiate price. My only concern AFTER I purchased the car was to find that the wrong rear shocks had been installed inadverdenty. Pete came through. Told me to order the correct parts and send him the invoice for reimbursement. Ever hear of this happening through another dealership? I hadn't until now. I could have been seriously burned on this deal on many different levels. However, I could not be happier with my purchase. PS - And the tin of chocolate chip cookies showing up at the house with a 'thank you' card was a nice touch too! Thanks to David, Beth and Pete. More
