Ordered Fusion I went to the dealer in September to purchase a new Ford Fusion. I knew exactly what I wanted, trim and options. I was concerned about losing the incentives that were being offered but Tom explained that I was able to lock in the current incentives or take advantage of the incentives being offered when I take delivery of the car. When the incentives improved Tom and Chris made all the necessary changes to the paperwork. The order process went smoothly and he kept me updated while my car was being built and shipped. More

I have test driven maybe 10-20 cars with him over a two year period to figure out exactly what I wanted and he never had an objection, was always patient and helpful, and never once tried to sell me a car. Chris cared more about making sure I was happy with whatever choice I was going to make than selling me anything. I ended up ordering a 2015 Mustang GT from him and all through the processes he was helpful and informative, providing me with updates all along the way as my car went through production and made its way to me. He personally made sure that my car was detailed and looked over by the techs. before I took delivery of it and, even went as far as personally making sure that a few specific requests I had were taken care of. I can't say enough about Chris but I would say that everyone that wants to buy a Ford or Lincoln (or any used car up in Flemington) should make their first stop at his desk, it turns the hassle and stress of buying a car into an awesome experience where you truly feel like you're being taken care of and that what you want and need is the first priority.
