Will Look You in the Eye and Lie So I needed a truck for work and I was in a pinch. They happened to have what I needed in a pinch. I know they needed this truck to move. I wanted to get in get out and get what I need; I thought they could appreciate that. They capitalized on it. My costly mistake… As for the lies. Oh there is no spare tire on this truck. BS. They would not get me one. No inspection. No problem. True when registered 10,001+ on a diesel. Guess what I wanted and paid for it to be registered? 10,001. Guess what I got 9000. What a bunch of low lives. Talked to a contractor at Lowes today that looked and walked on the truck. They wanted 30k no less. Guess what I paid 33k. When I asked for a little something on the truck just to know I'm getting a little bit of a deal nothing notta. You already have your price. Even made fun of me to my face for asking for "something" I needed my mother to co sign while my grandmother was in town and did not want to waste her time or my families who was with me so after looking me in the eye and the manager at that saying there was no wiggle room I just went ahead with things because I need to keep working hard to support the bottom feeders. Oh the truck has a bad U-joint I wonder if I will ever get that fixed with my 3000 mile warranty after all what do I know I am just a lowly mechanic. I'm sure this will go missing on this website but I'm not so sure about its copied postings (yelp etc…) Beware of a salesmen with pictures of his family pointed towards you the rest of the world cares to look at them and not make a pawn of them in a sale. More
Excellent experience. I always disliked walking in to a car dealer. I have always been bombarded by sales people and always ended up with a bad experience causing me not to I always disliked walking in to a car dealer. I have always been bombarded by sales people and always ended up with a bad experience causing me not to purchase at times. Well I walked in the showroom and met with David Harry my salesperson. He allowed me to discuss exactly what I was looking for. He did not try to sell me a truck above my budget either. He also introduced me to Pete Chicarelli the store manager. He also was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable, They did not have initially what I was looking but David stayed in touch the entire time. We would meet with each other for over a month until the right truck came in. It was within my budget and had all the options that were important to me. Financing was easy and Aubrey Garson was the ultimate professional. I waited a month to get the right truck and I am so glad that it all went as smooth as it did. I have never had a salesman call me on my cell phone to follow up and make sure that I was happy with my choice. That right there tells me a lot about David and Ditschman Ford used car and truck sales. I would recommend them to anyone just walk in the door and you will notice the difference immediately. Thank you for making my experience a great one!!!! More

Completely Happy I am on my 4th Explorer since 2001 and I recently purchased a 2014 Explorer. All have been from Dutchman and all of the service is from the dealer. Great Experience My wife and I looked around to see what type of car we wanted to purchased and settled on a Lincoln Navigator. We went to a dealership that was close My wife and I looked around to see what type of car we wanted to purchased and settled on a Lincoln Navigator. We went to a dealership that was close by and felt that we were not being treated well and, in some cases, we the salesman was trying to deceive us. My wife’s uncle was helping us with the process, he was a car salesman for many years, and he suggested that we go to Ditschman/Flemington Lincoln. He set up an appointment for us with Tom Santangelo. What a difference! When we arrived, we were promptly greeted by a member of the staff. They offered us something to drink and a place to sit. We met with Tom and were treated very well. He did not play any games and was able to get us the exact car that we wanted. All costs and fees were disclosed and explained. Tom looked over the outside and inside of the care to make sure that everything was in order. He proceeded to give us a tutorial on all of the features, mechanical and technological and would not let us leave until we understood everything and felt comfortable driving the car. This was a great experience and we would highly recommend Ditschman/Flemington Lincoln and especially Tom Santangelo. More
Professional, Courteous and Pleasant to Deal With We had shopped at several other dealers before going to Ditschman Ford Lincoln, so we had some information about the highest amount we could get for o We had shopped at several other dealers before going to Ditschman Ford Lincoln, so we had some information about the highest amount we could get for our trade-in and how much we would need to spend for a new car or for a good, Certified Pre-Owned car with low mileage. Shawn Howe showed us various cars, but when he showed us a 2014 Ford Fusion with low mileage, we knew that was the car for us. Shawn answered all of our questions thoroughly and cheerfully. Pete Chicarelli, the Pre-Owned Sales Manager, got us the highest amount for our trade-in, and Ford provided us with an excellent, low interest finance option. Shawn and Pete were at all times professional and very pleasant to deal with. No pressure and no surprises when we finalized the sale. The exact opposite of the stereotyped car salesperson. When I brought the Fusion back three days later to get the door edging I was promised, Shawn and Pete were off that day, but Don Lombardi stepped right in and got my door edging finished in 15 minutes. All in all, Ditschman Ford Lincoln is top notch. It was a pleasure doing business with Shawn, Pete and Don. More
