Extremely Comfortable, Honest, & Pleasurable Experience Fred Kress was an extremely great salesman to have had the pleasure of working with at Ditschman/Flemington Ford. When I went to the Flemington dealer Fred Kress was an extremely great salesman to have had the pleasure of working with at Ditschman/Flemington Ford. When I went to the Flemington dealership to begin car shopping, he took the time to go over every aspect of the Ford Escape and was able to answer any questions that I asked him. We reviewed all of the options that I wanted in my Escape & he found me the exact car that I was looking for. I could tell that he was very honest and had my best interest at heart. Fred was the total opposite of the stereotypical car salesman which made my experience with Ford very comfortable. Because of this, I went back the very next day & put a deposit down on the car that Fred had found for me the previous night. I also had a great experience working with Chris Callahan, who works in their financing department. He explained everything in detail & laid everything out for me so I knew exactly what I was paying for. There were no surprises the day I came to finalize everything & pick up my car; my total on my invoice was exactly the same as the night I committed to purchase it. Even though there are other Ford dealerships closer to my home that I could have went to , I chose to go back to this dealership because they took the time to go over every option of the vehicle & made me feel extremely comfortable. I had other experiences at other dealerships (not Ford) in which I could tell the salesmen were not genuine and took advantage of the fact that I am a young female who is not very educated when it comes to automobiles. This was one of the main reasons in which I chose to purchase from Ford because they made purchasing my first brand new car a great experience. Everyone in the showroom was very inviting and accommodating the day that I came to finalize everything and take home my new car. My 2015 Ford Escape has been everything I wanted in a car & more!
