Jerry Sheehan has become my 'go to' guy since meeting him many years ago and he always greets me and my wife like he's ready to take care of us like we are family members. This time he introduced us to Thomas Santangelo who detailed us on our new Ford Escape and even though we were trading in another Escape and thought we were familiar with the features Tom was excited and insistent to show us the newest features that make our new car experience even that much better. He worked with us to accommodate us rather than to 'sell' us. Even the end of the process where we worked with Chris Callahan in finance where you dealerships sometimes pressure you into warranty programs and extras, our wishes not to participate were respected without a second thought. Chris also recognised us from previous purchases and made us feel right at home. The paperwork was done efficiently and quickly. We love the new car, and we loved our experience... again!!! When I asked him if there were any red cars available at the dealership, he checked and offered a look at a red Focus. Perfect color, solid, and good looking, we opted for the Focus. The next day it was prepped and ready, and we were prepped and ready with our purchase check for the full amount. I drove it off the lot and was delighted, and we remain delighted! More

On our first trip, Monday September 21, 2015, we were immediately, warmly greeted by Manjula. we explained our needs/wants to her, and we took a test drive of an F150 and told her that we would be back Saturday. She called us twice between then and Saturday the 26th, honestly probably would have only been once had I not missed her first call, to confirm our appointment. Other than that there was no hassle or pressure from her for a sail. Just wonderful, honest, patient service. When we asked her questions that she was unsure about, she immediacy sought out answers from both Christopher Biondi and Mark Schmaling. We thank both these gentleman for their time and patience in answering our questions while we went about our journey.
