As a matter of fact, before my 2nd visit to the showroom Fred found the vehicle I was looking for. He then took the time to make sure I knew all about the options the vehicle had installed in it by showing me them on vehicles he had in stock, while "my" vehicle was in transit. After seeing some of the exterior options, I decided I didn't want that version/vehicle. Fred's response, "forget about the first vehicle and let's find you what you want".
