He let my husband & I take it out for a Test Drive (NO Time limit!). Then we came back into the building, had coffee and talked! Wonderful Wonderful man! The next day we had an Appointment for 2pm. Well.... my husband was late getting in from work, we showed up LATE and David just rolled with it. I felt terrible. We know we were keeping him from other things. In 2010 we purchased a Lincoln MKX and the experience from the shopping,purchasing and service was the best of any we have had. This was the reason for returning to look for our next vehicle. We had such a great salesman our last time and thought that wouldnt never happen again until we met Shawn Howe. We told him what we wanted and within a short time talking to him we realized it can happen again. His knowledge of the particular vehicle was amazing and when he was with us his time was solely focused on just us, not trying to hit up any other customers that were there. He went as far as giving us his cell number in case we had any questions when he wasn't in. Where do you find that satisfaction. Thats customer dedication and to deliver the second of a one to punch I also dealt with a gentleman named Pete Chicarelli the salesmanager who worked with me on the pricing of the vehicle and fair price on my trade. He made the deal so agreeable the first time around so I didnt have to waste my time with back and forth negotiations. I never at no time ever feel pressure from anyone it was a totally delightful experience and i love my new ride. I would recommend anyone to fine professional people and i'm sure all of the others salespeople will give you an enjoyable experience. I spent more time meeting and chatting about everything else but cars than actually signing papers and purchasing the vehicle thats how friendly this dealership is. I will never go anywhere else. Britt Long & Beth Delaney went above and beyond working with me on this purchase very nice professional people...My only "set back" that the vehicle Britt Long & Beth Delaney went above and beyond working with me on this purchase very nice professional people...My only "set back" that the vehicle was advertised as "pre certified" which to me is why you spend the extra $$ to purchase as you should receive a 2 year warranty but I was told during signing of contract that since this was not a Chevy/GMC dealer the warranty did not apply to the Chevrolet I was purchasing. I had to purchase an additional expensive warranty protection plan that I did not expect to...This is not the salesman/finance personnel issue at all as they were fantastic but I would consider this a dealer issue.. Besides the unexpected extra $$ for the warranty plan Ditschman/Flemington should be very proud of the great people they have working for them More

I was originally looking for a lower model, but Marc was able to get a beautiful Lariat off of your lot at an exceptional price.....I am incredibly pleased with the vehicle that I ended up with. Reluctantly, I finally gave in to the wishes of my family to "just go take a look". This brought us to Ditschman Ford and salesman Joe Valenti. Joe was friendly and made the whole experience very pleasant. He took us through the entire process - from looking at cars on the lot, to a comfortable test drive and then the no pressure "talk the dollars". I went in to just look and drove away 3 hours later in my new car. Who could believe the experience really might be this stress and pain free?
