I spoke with David Foss early in the day and asked if he had a truck which I was looking for, within a few hours I was able to drive home with it. I was able to trade in my existing vehicle and drive away in a new truck with no gimmicks or sales tactics which are often the case when dealing with the "average, everyday, turnstile" type of dealerships. I must say that I had given up in buying vehicles for my wife and I in New Jersey prior to this experience. We have bought vehicles in Maryland, Virginia and Ohio so that we didn't have to deal with the inexperience staff of poorly managed dealership which often promote themselves as the best in customer service but really are only good at promoting their brand and care little about the customer. This Team in Ditschman Flemington Ford which included David Foss the Client Representative, Chris Messina and Chris Callahan who made all my requests materialize without any extra effort on my behalf. There was nothing which I asked for; where they were not able to do without hesitation. They went above and beyond on how the "typical" dealerships operate. I'm truly impressed with the whole experience and will definitely be sharing this with anyone who may ask where I bought this beautiful F350 truck. More

He even drove 2 1/2 hours to deliver the car to me because I wasn't able to complete the sale when I was at the dealership. This impressed me so much!
