Although the dealership did not have the vehicle we desired on their lot, she took considerable time to locate a vehicle which they could acquire to meet our needs. Aly provided all of the information we requested and completely explained any items which we did not understand. It was very refreshing. Although most of our contact was with Aly, Paul Scheuing assisted us on the day we acquired the vehicle. He patiently and thoroughly explained all of the features of the vehicle to us, despite the excessive heat outside. We were never made to feel a bother or rushed through the process. Finally, Tony Kwak assisted us with the leasing paperwork. He was professional, courteous and thorough. While he did explain several options available with respect to our lease, there was no "hard sell" or pressure on his part. We were completely satisfied with the entire process and would happily return to the dealership again (even though we reside about 45 minutes away). More
