Superior Service with a Family Touch My husband's car was no longer driveable and we needed a replacement quickly. It happened a year ahead of our schedule and just months after paying of My husband's car was no longer driveable and we needed a replacement quickly. It happened a year ahead of our schedule and just months after paying off our other vehicle. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these situations. I first viewed the vehicle online and was immediately contacted by Bryann with Internet Sales. I received a personal telephone call as we were on our way to the dealer to "just look" at the car in person--and NOT a salesy call but a call to say thank you for considering our dealership from one of the Sales Managers! Long story short, Bryann had already left for the day by the time we were able to get there with our 4 kids in tow and we were instantly greeted by another sales advisor, Ray, who came to us and introduced himself. Told him who we were and he went to get his Sales Manager, Pete. We were upfront and honest with them about our financial situation, not dire but definitely a work in progress. Admittedly, I did not know if a "new" car would be in the cards for us just yet, even though we needed one. Ray, Pete and Beth (our amazing loan coordinator) instantly went to work for us--not the other way around. Never once did we feel like another dollar sign while sitting in the showroom. Even the other sales staff conversed with our kids while they patiently waited through the process. At approximately 7 pm, Beth called us to her office to give us some of the most fabulous news I had ever heard that I literally cried! News that shows that a commitment to rebuilding your life does pay off--to me in that moment, it was a whole lot more than just buying a car and it showed the commitment that Ditschman Flemington has to their customers that even Beth got more excited--we truly felt like we were at a party with friends and family. While we did not converse with Denis O'Brien for long, he made the loan document signing, fun and stress free. I thank the entire sales team at Ditschman for such an amazing car buying experience which was also the first one our children had ever witnessed (I am so grateful for that too). We left with a "new" certified used car last night after one big group hug--kids included, and Ditschman has gained a family of customers for life! More
