Easiest Car Purchase Ever! I purchased a 2017 Lincoln MKX after being terribly unhappy with a Mercedes GLE I purchased only 1 ago. I was a bit "gun shy" about having to look fo I purchased a 2017 Lincoln MKX after being terribly unhappy with a Mercedes GLE I purchased only 1 ago. I was a bit "gun shy" about having to look for a new car so soon. Tom Thornton, Chris Messina and Kelly Horvath made the expereince wonderful. I looked at and drove the MKX on Tuesday and drove it home on Wednesday. I don't think I am the easiest customer because I was so disappointed in my Mercedes that I went into Ditschman with a laundry list of questions and wants. Tom listened to my entire list (numerous times I might add) and didn't just tell me - but showed me on the car I took for a test drive and then again on the car I purchased everything to answer all my questions. This definitely was the easiest car buying experience ever! More

Great Dealership and great people I drive over 1 hour to get to Ditschman and there are closer Ford and Lincoln dealerships, but the sales and service staff make it worth the drive.
