I'd never shopped for a vehicle at Ditschman/Flemington Ford but I knew of their solid reputation and also that they had a good supply of trucks. Once my wife and I got to the dealership the transition was seemless and our salesman David Harry, was great. He was super patient throughout the entire process, not pushy, and extremely knowledgeable about the trucks that I test drove. Once the purchase was finalized our vehicle wasn't available from the lot and David went out of his way tracking one down all the way in Kissimmee New York . However it's the holiday season and people are on vacation and everyone short-staffed as I know this from working for a major retail company, nobody was available to pick up the vehicle. So David called me with an unusual request stating that they would reimburse me for all tolls gas time if I was willing to drive him up to pick up the vehicle and drive it back so we would have it in time for Christmas for my wife. Unfortunately I was short-staffed at my job and I was heading to work so this didn't work out, but the emotional connection that he made going out of his way to do so I will be back to purchase my next vehicle from Ditchman Ford with David Thanks Staff!! Tony Kwak who finished up the sale with all the signing of papers made it go as quickly as possible, did not push an extra warranties once we told him we were not interested and got us and a cranky 2 year old home in our new vehicle very quickly.
