I contacted several area d The title for this review says it all. I was shopping for a new 2017 Ford F-150 4x4 SuperCrew truck in late December, 2016. I contacted several area dealers via email for pricing and their prices were all very competitive. I had previously bought a new 2009 Nissan Murano from the same Flemington Car & Truck Country Family of Brands car franchises. Though they no longer have the Nissan franchise, from the day I bought the Murano, the after sales service had been outstanding through the years. That greatly influenced me for dealer selection preference for my future truck purchase to begin with. The sales process for the new truck was reasonable and honest. My sales person, Mark Schmaling, along with Aly Schulman, Internet Sales, gave me helpful pointers about options for my future truck to consider - and didn't try to oversell me. My new truck had to be special ordered, and Mark kept me posted on its status during the six weeks it took for delivery. I am a "happy camper" now (I bought the truck to pull a RV...LOL) and would not hesitate to recommend anyone to consider Mark, Aly and the Ditschman dealership for their vehicle buying consideration. More

From the sales manager to my sales agent, Shawn, Flemington Ford provided great service. Prior to the decision, the dealership was very accommodating to me while I checked out the vehicle and then they were totally transparent with the vehicle's CarFax and maintenance records. In the end I believe I purchased a very good vehicle at a reasonable price. I would recommend this dealership if you are in the market for a used vehicle. More

My sales person explained everything in great detail about the Lincoln Sedan. I asked if I can drive it and 5 minutes later we were on the road. Then I wanted more information about the Land Rover LR2. My sales person told me everything I needed to know about it in great detail. The sales TEAM made me a deal I couldn't refuse. Did I forget to tell you that Shawn Howe was my sales person. I also can't forget that wonderful finance guy Tony Kwak who worked his magic. A New Happy Customer I live right outside of Philadelphia and found Ditschman/Flemington Ford through the Costco Auto program. The lot had a great selection of cars/trucks I live right outside of Philadelphia and found Ditschman/Flemington Ford through the Costco Auto program. The lot had a great selection of cars/trucks to choose from and we ended up leasing a beautiful new F-150. We got a trade value that we were happy with and matched KBB. This dealership prides itself on being different than others, and their team proved that to be true. Aly was so sweet and helped us out with our special Costco pricing. She did a couple quotes for us and took the time to look for every rebate that was available (even obscure ones) to give us our best savings. Kelly we worked with from financing and she was very personable and made us feel good about the most stressful part of the car buying process. Kelly fought hard to get us into the best tier and rates available. She also took the time to give us advice on our options in the future with some good financial tips that will only help us even more later on. She made the paperwork quick somehow too! We spent most of our time with Henry our sales guy and he was fantastic. We were picky with what we wanted and he showed us multiple trucks, running all over the dealership to bring them to us. We went on two test drives and he helped us precisely narrow down the features that we really wanted. He found the perfect compromise between the upgraded features we loved and the price that we wanted. Henry was knowledgable about everything we asked, we never felt pressured or rushed despite how busy it was, and he made the time spent together enjoyable. It was like shopping and getting advice from a good friend. We look forward to dealing with him any time we can in the future. More
