Pain free This dealership was so much better than other Ford dealerships I've been to. I have a lease that they took in three months early and I basically walked away from that car with no penalties. Meanwhile, the lease I was returning had a lot of damage to the side of the vehicle, tires that were ripped up and rims that were scratched. I also would have gone over my mileage if I didn't bring it in early. Not only did they forgive most of the damage to the car, they gave me a great deal on a brand new one. They worked with me so that I walked out leasing the exact car I wanted (with leather seats and sunroof!) for less of payment then the one I turned in. The only person with a bad attitude was Tony Kwak. I wouldn't want to work with him again. More

Within seconds he greeted us with a handshake and directed us to Jamie Gritz, the sales rep. Again, we were greeted with a handshake and a smile. Jim and Jamie intently listened to what kind of vehicle we were looking for and never once did we feel pressured during the purchasing process. Additionally, they kept the dealership open 45 minutes past closing while we test drove vehicles. The following day we made our decision to purchase our vehicle. Jerry Sheehan explained the final cost and purchasing options in great detail. He too stayed beyond his scheduled hours to insure we were 'taken care of' and had all of our questions answered The final document signing process with Kelly was seamless and thorough. We found that all individuals we encountered at the dealership were professional, knowledgable, and courteous. We would highly recommend this dealership! More
