From the moment I walked In I felt a warm welcome and peace of mind; I worked with Henry Howell to price out my new truck and he was incredibly helpful in narrowing down the options I wanted whilst staying within my budget. He was very kind and I could tell he was truly invested in making sure I was purchasing the right vehicle; his service was superb and he was not pushy at all - ask for Henry if you happen to stop by! After speaking with Henry I sat down with Tony to sign final documents/signing, he was also very helpful in explaining all the different options. Tony spent the time to fully walk me through each document to make sure I knew what I was signing. Five stars. The people were super courteous, friendly and relaxed. I did not feel like they were over selling anything. They gave me a very reasonable deal for my trade-in. The process of buying was very smooth and Henry, our sales representative was great and very knowledgeable. Also very easy to talk to and he is a great listener making sure he knew exactly what I was wanting. I plan to kelp coming back. For the record, I drove extra distance to go to this dealership. I could have chosen a closer dealership. I chose this one because I saw how they treated my friends both in the sales/finance departments and the service department. They take care of their customers in a way that is rare these days. I highly recommend them. I look forward to a long relationship with them. More
