His knowledge of all the technology in the truck was thorough, from the manufacturing process and materials to the comfort and driver-assist features that I use every day. Denis researched many different financing options for me and explained them all clearly. He also guided me through the details of an out-of-state registration. From my first conversation with Mark, it was clear that the process was about finding a vehicle that met my needs rather than just trying to make a sale. The process of negotiating a price was open and fair, and based on third-party info. I was bringing my previous F150 here for service and now that I have purchased a vehicle here, I will never go anywhere else. I decided I wanted to order a new vehicle and was expecting the dealer/salesman to try to sell me one off of the lot, which I knew none of those suited my needs. But I was pleasantly surprised that did not happen nor was there any pressure to order a higher end trim or other unwanted options. When my vehicle arrived everything was very smooth, relaxed, and easy. The walk through of the vehicle - showing me all the features - was excellent. I felt like the experience was more like going to a fine restaurant, where everyone is there to serve you and make sure you are happy. More

terrible service center other then Jeff This service center has disappointed time after time. My past experiences have included service employees telling me gaps in the plastic in my doors w This service center has disappointed time after time. My past experiences have included service employees telling me gaps in the plastic in my doors were "normal" despite me telling them the gaps were not present in the same car (model and year) in both my mother and sister's car. I was also rudely told by an employee that the foreman had been doing this for a long time and knows what he is doing. Putting down the customer and not believing them when told something was not correct, really? Finally after 3 trips, showing the foreman images of the car without gaps (after again being told it was normal) the issue was fixed. Turns out during a previous service visit in which a door latch recall was performed, it was not done so correctly. So I had been driving around with incorrectly installed door latches (a bit of a saftey concern if you ask me) and would have continued to do so had I not fought with the service members and came back time after time insisting this was not correct. I will say this was only one negative experience. I have had other issues with this dealership including my carpet coming off 2 days after purchase and upon fixing this there was mud on my ceiling and my floor mats were left in the shop (I had to make an extra trip back to have this fixed / returned). Again only a few examples of my negative experiences here. During this last visit I came in because I had a free oil change coupon. I worked with Jeff who offered a free car wash and a nice print up of recommended service in the future. He did not pressure me to get this done then and explained everything to me. I would recommend Jeff and only Jeff. He is the only service memever I have found to be competent and provides excellent customer service. More
