Repeat Customer On Valentine's Day 2018 I received an email from Ditschman via my mother on a sale they were having. A 2015 Ford Escape Titanium was within the cars On Valentine's Day 2018 I received an email from Ditschman via my mother on a sale they were having. A 2015 Ford Escape Titanium was within the cars listed. I called to see if it was still available and went to take a look at the end of he business day. By the end of the day, I had the keys to my brand new (to me) truck. Shawn was my salesman and incidentally, the first representative I had when I went to look at the Titanium a few months ago while my car was in service. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable in the car, helping me understand why the overall pricing is what it was and in the end, making sure it was set up to my liking in terms of all of the features on it (seating, mirrors, dashboard preferences, radio preferences, inside lighting color, etc). Separately, my first truck was also purchased from Ditschman and I've kept my service record with them. My consultant is usually Todd Baty and he has always been excellent in helping me understand what is going on with my car, what needs to be serviced immediately, what I need to keep an eye on and bring it in during my next service appointment and is just generally a nice man. On the occasion that he's not there, I've been helped by Cholo, who is also knowledgeable and actually saved me money (my brother took my truck to his mechanic who said one thing that was at minimum $350 and the issue was just actually a bolt that was loose and needed to be tightened). I highly recommend this dealership as does my family. We have purchased roughly 6 cars from Ditschman and drive 45 minutes to an hour in order to get our vehicles serviced (even though there is a closer dealership to our home). As long as I am an NJ resident, I will always go to Ditschman first when looking for a vehicle. More
