New lease experience with Mark Schmaling. I have had two experiences with Mark both of which were excellent. Three years ago he was my sales person on my first new car, he walked me through ea I have had two experiences with Mark both of which were excellent. Three years ago he was my sales person on my first new car, he walked me through each step and had more knowledge than I could ever expect. But this current visit was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a car salesman. I was under the weather all week and Mark worked with me over email and phone to get everything just right. As soon as I walked in the door Mark came right up to me and had everything ready to go. I was in out and home in less than 2 hrs ( no small feat at a car dealer). Thank you Mark for all of your expertise and true professionalism. I can’t wait till we come back to get my wife’s next car. Good, Effecient and Helpful I traded in a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk for a 2018 Ford Focus Titanium. I was 'trading down' and I had a fair amount of negative equity. I I traded in a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk for a 2018 Ford Focus Titanium. I was 'trading down' and I had a fair amount of negative equity. I identified the Focus of interest via the online inventory Ditschman Ford had listed. I specified interest in facilitating preliminary matters via e-mail. My salesperson, Fred Kress, and the GM, Jim O'Brien, were both accessible and easy to deal with. After initial terms were agreed upon I stopped by the dealership to verify my trade-in value and personally check out the Focus. It was a relatively quick and easy visit. After this visit some fine-tuning of the deal's terms took place. Again, Fred and Jim were easy to work with. Finally, the dealership subsequently facilitated fiscal arrangements with my west coast credit union. This took a bit longer than expected but ultimately matters culminated in a mutually agreeable manner. Side Note: I actually purchased my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Ditschman CJD. While I ended up with my vehicle of choice that transaction was definitely more difficult, more labor intensive, greater need for my follow-up and attention, etc. Ditschman Ford was easier to work with, all the way around. More

They made the entire process actually pleasant! I was referred to this dealership from a friend of mine. I actually sent him a text after my purchase thanking him for referring me to see Pete Puglia I was referred to this dealership from a friend of mine. I actually sent him a text after my purchase thanking him for referring me to see Pete Puglia and the gang. I felt Pete was very genuine and made me feel as if he was on my side trying to get the best deal for my new Explorer. He answered all my questions and not once came across like he was trying to get every dollar out of me that he could. Pete’s desk was at the opposite end of the entrance I walked in, and on my walk down the floor every salesperson that wasn’t dealing with a customer greeted me with a hello. They are all very friendly. I got to know these people. Pete is married and has 2 daughters, Jerry loves Villanova basketball and Tony is from South Korea! If you ask anyone - they will tell you that the whole process of buying a car is dreadful .... well not at Ditschman / Flemington Ford ... my experience was pleasant and my new Explorer is awesome! Do yourself a favor and go see them. More
