Explains to me everything I need to know, and questions I ask. Even when we go in either after purchasing a vehicle, or just looking, he is always there to help us. Jim, General Manager, My mom always worked with Jim, and he goes out of his way, to make sure I am satisfied and comfortable with what I decide to do, Like Tom, he wants to make sure I know what I am doing. Jim always went out of his way for my Mom, so she was comfortable purchasing a car, since she was doing this on her own, cause my Dad passed away. Everytime she went in, she saw Jim, even just for a visit. Henry, picked up to help me, since Tom was off that day, and he helped us, making sure everything was satisfactory to us. Chris, went over all the paper work, and made sure we understood everthing about a lease, since we never had done this before. When you go in, you feel very relaxed, they let you just look, but someone comes up to see if you need help, just to let you know, they are there for you. Everyone is very caring and understanding, and they want to make sure you get what you want. If there was a higher rating than 5, I would rate them them 10+ and I sincerely mean it. More
