He Introduced us to Mr. Peter Chicarelli so that he could further explain the process, he was also very helpful and informative. Once we decided to purchase, we were introduced to Mr. Denis O'Brien who handled the final paperwork. All three of these folks made purchasing a pre-owned vehicle a pleasent experience. We’re Ford people and knew we wanted a Lincoln or Ford but was between a few options. I was hesitant to drive 25-35 miles each way because we had a poor experience at another Ford dealership a few years prior and I didn’t want to make the drive worried we might go out of our way for another. We’re so happy we made the effort though! We were warmly greeted from the moment we stepped in and directed to Nick Hriczko who was just amazing! We had our 4 year old son with us, and he was patient and kind beyond being a good salesperson. He gave our son a little teddy bear and bag of candy (after asking us discreetly) to keep him occupied. But beyond that, he just seems very honest and trustworthy which in all my years of buying a car, I never felt about a salesperson. After a wonderful experience with Nick, we were lucky to also work with Kelly Horvath. Kelly was also a pleasure and she worked quickly and efficiently to walk us through the paperwork while still having our 4 year old with us. She even gave him paper and markers to color with and a little ball to occupy him. Lastly Jordan patiently helped set us up with vehicle IT and Tech. Everyone went above and beyond, and I was so grateful for the care taken. Like I said, we’re Ford people and we’ll be back to Ditschman for future purchases. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family! More
