Outstanding Customer Service, As Always This is my 4th time getting a vehicle through Flemington Car & Truck Country and my 3rd time dealing with their Ford Sales and Finance Departments. I always have outstanding service, but this time was above and beyond. Jerry and Peter made sure I got the car I wanted at the price I could afford. Kelly worked quickly, but conscientiously, and was amazingly patient with my antsy 4 year old daughter, keeping her entertained and involved through the financial process. The whole team made sure I had everything I needed for a smooth transition into my new car. Once the sale was complete, Peter sat in the car with me and, once again, went over all of the features to ensure I got the most of my new vehicle. I can’t say enough good things about Flemington Ford and their amazing staff. I always recommend them and know i will never shop outside of this amazing dealership. Thanks for all your hard work! People great however their policy on taking credit cards in this day and age leaves much to be desired. We did not have a check with me as we needed to move funds from investment account. Instead I am required to return with a check. FYI we live an hour away. Management needs to reassess its competive advantages in the marketplace. If we did not learn this after the transaction with F&I guy was complete we would have walked. The car we purchased was not the only one available in the marketplace. More

Fred has to be one of the best sales associates i've ever encountered, very knowledgeable and informative, and not one of those salesmen that harasses you and calls you the second you leave the lot or blows up your phone with emails and messages. He was super friendly and more than helpful when it came to making my purchase. I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with! While sitting at his desk, I noticed Fred had earned a lot of awards and its obvious why, he's definitely one of the best, if not THEE best person here! Everyone at Ditschman was five star: Fred, Jim, Jerry, Tony, Christian, and Chris- all really great people that made me feel like i was in good hands.
