BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! My latest purchase experience from Ditschman/Flemington Lincoln preowned dealership has been the best in my life. Over the years I've purchased many My latest purchase experience from Ditschman/Flemington Lincoln preowned dealership has been the best in my life. Over the years I've purchased many new and CPO vehicles from high-end foreign and economy car dealerships. I've experienced some good but mostly poor salespersons. Well, I was pleasantly surprised this time. From the moment I pulled up to look at one of their CPO vehicles I found on-line, I was welcomed and made to feel very comfortable by the sales staff. I was not rushed at all. Mind you I showed up 20 minutes before closing. The general manager, Peter C., took the time to answer my inquiries and verified the car was currently in the shop undergoing the certification process. He allowed both my wife and I to sit in a similar car on the lot for us to gauge the dimensions. He welcomed us to return the next day to see and test drive the other car. He left it very open-ended. He never tried to take our personal information so he could contact us and try to pursue a sale. It was a "no pressure" refreshing experience. My wife and I returned the next day shortly after opening. Our salesman, David H., who we were introduced to the previous evening, saw us and came out to greet us. He invited us inside while Peter C. went to bring the car around for us to test drive. After a very informative and pleasant drive we sat down to discuss price. But before getting to that, Davie H. spent time detailing the certification process and the Carfax and answered all of our questions. The negotiations were surprising simple and painless. I felt my trade-in value was extremely fair and reasonable. The CPO selling price was, in my opinion, great. Let me comment about the quality of the cars on the lot. These are some of the best preowned vehicles I've ever inspected. I'm a car guy and I was impressed with their cars. They really hand pick only the finest examples to put on their lot. So, we bought the car on Saturday and sealed the deal with a handshake. That's right, a handshake. Up to this point I never signed anything. This deal was consummated the old fashioned way, with trust, honesty and integrity on both our parts. I've never had this happen before in a car dealership. It was so foreign to me, after I left I emailed David H. asking if I should return to leave a deposit or sign something. He assured me it was not necessary, the car was mine. It would be ready on Monday. Well, you can imagine all Sunday the thoughts going through my mind about the numbers we agreed to perhaps changing, not having anything in writing or something unexpected happening. No. Monday the car was ready as promised. I eagerly awaited to see the printed bill of sale. Lo and behold, nothing changed. All agreed to numbers were exactly as they were on Saturday. I ask you, where do you find business practices like that these days? Simple, Ditschman/Flemington Lincoln Certified Preowned dealership. Their staff is well trained, knowledgeable, courteous and honest. I already know where I'm buying my next vehicle from. I highly recommend them. Just a really great group of people willing to go out of the way to help you and have superior vehicles. No disappointments. Truly my best car buying experience to date. I also want to recognize their financial advisor Denis O. Wow, what a great guy to work with. No issues with financing. I asked him some very pointed questions regarding extended warranties. He answered all of them fully. Never once did he try to pressure me into buying a service. Well, before leaving I bought one extended warranty. The next day after thinking it over, I went back and bought two more extended warranties. I am so pleased with this overall purchase. The vehicle is great, my wife loves it. We look forward to many safe, dependable miles with our purchase. A very sincere, and heartfelt thank you to the staff and management at Flemington Lincoln. My wife and I were immediately impressed when we were greeted by Mr. Jerry Sheehan, who asked us our preferences in what type of Auto we were interested in. He then directed us to Peter Puglia, who was to be our salesman. Peter was knowledgeable, patient (as we were undecided on used or new). Peter laid out our options on used, new, lease/finance. We decided on new and we were interested in a midsize SUV. Pete then suggested we test drive an Edge. After a test drive we were sold. The process again was painless we received a more than generous price for our trade-in. Holly Horvath made the signing off on our Edge lease quick, painless and again friendly. I thank all of these wonderful people and we'll be back and I'll surely recommend to others. We also met Pete Chicarelli who assisted in the trade in and again, another great guy. More
