We spoke with manager Jerry Sheehan and explained to him what we were looking for. He took the time to check his inventory and pick out a car that fit our needs. He then introduced us to salesman Peter Puglia who would take care of what we wanted. Peter and Jerry showed us the carfax and all the info on the car. My wife and I took the car for a test drive and and were very happy with the ride. Jerry and Peter spent a lot of time with us and could not have been any nicer. As a matter of fact while there I noticed a brand new Lincoln Nautilus on the showroom floor. It was absolutely a beautiful car which my wife and I fell in love with. Well these two gentlemen were so outstanding that we bought both cars! Then we spoke to Kelly Horvath in finance and she was also extremely informative and could not have been any nicer to us. So why a new review today? We had a minor issue with part of a contract and had to visit the dealer for a resolution. Upon arriving were greeted and promptly attended to, this dealership is very comfortable and inviting. Chris our sales person who is now the sales manager recognized us and also made us feel welcomed. We meet with Chris Callahan in finance and the issue was resolved in a very short manner.
