Friendly Buying Experience and Great Communication I had a great buying experience with the folks at Ditschman/Flemington Ford Lincoln, specifically David Harry and Pete Chicarelli in the Used Sales de I had a great buying experience with the folks at Ditschman/Flemington Ford Lincoln, specifically David Harry and Pete Chicarelli in the Used Sales department. The process took just over a week to come to a competitive and agreeable price. When picking up the vehicle, there was a slight smell of smoke (previous owner with cloth seats). After notifying Pete (Used Sales Manager), he advised me to come back if the smell persisted and provided multiple air fresheners in the interim. After a month or two, the smell still lingered, especially on hot days. I reached out to David Harry, who sold me the vehicle, and he arranged for a service to remove the smell the same week. The quick response and white-glove service was exceptional. I greatly appreciate this team's customer-oriented approach to the car business and look forward to doing business with them in the future.
