I called Flemington Ford to inquire about a 2018 F150 Platinum that I viewed on line. Chris said the F150 was available and was in impeccable conditionwe set up an appointment and my wife and I drove Platinum that I viewed on line. The first Explorer I bought 3 years ago was an easy, pleasurable process, and this time was even better. I didn't feel like I was in a typical car dealership. Instead of the high pressure "Lets make a deal today," it was "I want to get you the best deal possible, even if it's not today." Kevin was no pressure at all and made sure the numbers worked for me. I had priced out the same vehicle at other dealerships, and Flemington by far was the best option, again. Kevin took a lot of time to listen to what I truly wanted with the vehicle, all the while asking how my family and work was going. I can't reiterate enough how easy and more importantly, relaxed the process is when dealing with Kevin and the whole Flemington Ford Family. Chris Callahan did a great job in the finance department with all of the paperwork and getting all the approvals needed. Even though I didn't deal with the service department on this visit, I have in the past and they too make each visit relaxing and very easy to work with.
