I went to Ditschman Flemington Ford looking for a pre-owned SUV. I worked with Andrew Seipel and he was helpful in the extreme. It has been almost 11 years since I bought a vehicle (my new 2010 F15 pre-owned SUV. I worked with Andrew Seipel and he was helpful in the extreme. It has been almost 11 years since I bought a vehicle (my new 2010 F150 from the same dealer). A lot has changed about cars since then and Andrew brought me up to speed. He listened to my concerns and helped me select the perfect SUV. I told him I had to think about it and emailed later that day. He was very responsive to my emails and phone calls. We worked out a deal and he made getting the car very easy and convenient. I don't know when I will buy my next vehicle but I would be delighted if Andrew was able to be the one to help me find what I need. He did a great job! More

I bought my F-150 from Andrew Seipel in the Spring and it may have taken me a while to post a review, but he and his team did such an excellent job, I need to give credit where it is due. I live in South Jersey and fully anticipated buying a truck from my local Ford dealer. I went for a visit and test drive at my local dealer, and my local salesperson made me feel like I was wasting their time. There was a truck there that I was interested in, but I was never contacted again about it. I was extremely disappointed in that entire interaction and began to look online instead. Luckily I came across Ditschman Flemington Ford, and the truck of my dreams. Due to the two plus hour drive, the fact that I work full time, and am a single parent, most of Andrew and my interaction was done over the phone. When I finally was able to drive up for a test drive, Andrew literally made me feel like I was riding around with one of my buddies! Everyone at the dealership was awesome! It didnt take me long to fall in love with my truck, and I knew I was going to buy it pretty much right away, I had a super short time window there because I had to drive back down to South Jersey to pick up my child from school, but Andrew and his crew not only got me to a price that I thought was extremely fair, they got all of the paper work done super quick! Now this next part really goes on to describe why I love Andrew and Ditschman Flemington Ford. When it came time to write the check... I was in such a rush to drive up that morning, that I forgot my check book on the kitchen table! I was so devastated. Pretty sure they could tell I wanted to cry hahah! So they came up with a solution... Andrew was going to make the two hour drive to my home town to pick up the check that day so that I could drive away in the truck of my dreams!!! Mind you this was all pre-COVID. Its been about seven months since I bought the truck and am still in love with it! Couldnt be happier with the way Andrew and his team made me feel and would absolutely recommend them to everyone!!! More

It was a very pleasant experience buying my new MKZ...Only complaint in that it takes so long to get paper work started. I was there for 3 hours on Friday..Very tiring, but came on SAturday to pic MKZ...Only complaint in that it takes so long to get paper work started.
