I just purchased a certified 2018 F 150, one owner pickup that more than met my requirements. It started with an inquiry through the Costco auto program and then a call by Ally, a meeting with Kevin and a finalization of the deal with Chris Callahan. Very professional with my utmost satisfaction in mind and effort. I've got a great truck with all the bells and whistles for a price I would have expected to pay for a truck without them. One more thing, after leaving the dealership I noticed the floor mats had not been placed back in the vehicle. I called Kevin and within 25 hours I got a call from him with instructions to come and pick up the mats. To my surprise they were brand new weather proof custom mats still in the box. I recommend these guys and gals. My son will be replacing his old truck soon and I am encouraging him to give them a shot. More

I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. They checked all the fluids and the tire pressure. Then they asked me if I wanted the car washed so I said yes thinking there would be a charge, bu They checked all the fluids and the tire pressure. Then they asked me if I wanted the car washed so I said yes thinking there would be a charge, but when I got the bill there was no charge for that. Also no charge for the oil change because I received 3 free oil changes when I bought the car. I had to wait for the car and they provided a social distance area to wait. Very nice to deal with. More
