I started my vehicle search online and submitted some questions. Someone from the Dealership contacted me via email and was able to answer them. We set up an appointment for me to come look at the vehicle I was interested in. I met Mark Schmaling and he walked us through the vehicle and let us take it for a test drive. We came back and he worked up some options and didn't pressure us. He sent a follow up email a few days later asking if I had any further questions. I replied back requesting more information and he was able to provide it. I did all of the "negotiation" through email and once I was comfortable with everything we made an appointment for me to complete the purchase. I was able to complete everything through email & online so when I got to the Dealership I only needed to complete the final signatures. Mark walked me through the set up and functions of the vehicle for approx. 30 minutes and I was on my way. This was a no pressure experience and everyone was able to answer questions promptly.
