I originally leased a 2018 Ford Edge with low miles & having the intension of buying out the lease well tu vehicle and I could not have been happier. Everything was great. Peter Puglia, Jerry Sheehan and Denis O'Brien were all fantastic. Jerry got us started, then Peter let us take the Ford F-150 lariat for a test drive. I had scheduled my Explorer for service on Wednesday and dropped it off Tuesday afternoon. They had the service done before the end of the day on Tuesday!!! Also, Ditschman was able to fix an issue with my dropped it off Tuesday afternoon. They had the service done before the end of the day on Tuesday!!! Also, Ditschman was able to fix an issue with my driver’s seat that my previous dealer could not find/fix. Then to top it all off, they washed and vacuumed my car. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and accommodating!!! Will continue to bring my Explorer there for service and will probably go there to buy my replacement vehicle in a few years.
