Easily the worst customer service I've ever received from a service department. I had my car in 10 weeks ago and paid to have a problem diagnosed. It has now been ten weeks of unreturned phone calls and text a service department. I had my car in 10 weeks ago and paid to have a problem diagnosed. It has now been ten weeks of unreturned phone calls and texts - TEN WEEKS - trying to get my car fixed. I've left messages for the service manager. My calls are not returned. The appointment schedule people have been helpful, but anyone above them is useless and unprofessional. My advice would be a) do not buy a Lincoln; the pseudo-luxury features will stop working (power mirrors, gadgets, steering wheel buttons, audio system, etc.) and you will pay a fortune to get them fixed. b) if you do buy a Lincoln, do not expect any semblance of "customer service" if you take it to Ciocca Lincoln. In my case, I do not expect them to ever fix my car at this point. Or to call me and tell me they won't or can't fix it. I'm on my own. More
