The car was not returned on time to me. communication was awful. Mike Siani was awesome and helped fix the situation. When I called to speak to someone it was almost impossible to get someon communication was awful. Mike Siani was awesome and helped fix the situation. When I called to speak to someone it was almost impossible to get someone on the phone. Jessica from service texted me at 3pm on Friday to let me know that my car was not going to be ready for pickup on that day-why did she wait till 3pm to tell a client that car was not going to be ready. That should have been sent at noon as the car was dropped on the day before. I texted and called Jessica and two days later I am still yet to get a response from her. When I picked the car up at the dealership today she sitting at her desk 2 spaces away and was laughing when I said my name to a different service rep. It was awkward for me and my wife as a client of your dealership. Again Mike Saini was honest and thankfully fixed the issues. Please surround him with better people as I imagine he is fixing a lot of problems More

My first service with Ciocca. Purchased car in 2010, and all service has been with Flemington Car Country. Totally satisfied with (new) Ciocca company.
